She leads Eurochild’s strategic planning of funded-partnerships and programmes. She manages relationships to strengthen the sustainability and impact of Eurochild programmes and campaigns, including the First Years, First Priority, a Europe-wide campaign on early childhood development.Before joining Eurochild in 2008, Agata, who holds a PhD in Demography, worked as a researcher in various universities and well-renowned research institutes across Europe in the fields of demographic change and family policies.
