Workshops

EurofamNet will run three workshops with invited relevant experts and stakeholders aimed at developing, enhancing and quality assuring our work. The general workshop format will be presentations and discussions focused on key outputs from Working Groups 2, 3 and 4. The workshops will also serve as significant dissemination and network development opportunities. Two workshops will take place in 2021, one focused on enhancing our conceptual and policy understandings of Family Support, and one focused on connecting evaluation and quality standards with professional practice. The third workshop will take place in the Action’s third period and will focus on workforce skills’ standards. If you are interested to know more, please contact us.

WG3 stakeholders workshop "Bridging quality standards for evaluation with professional practice"

The stakeholders workshop “Bridging quality standards for evaluation with professional practice”, that was held on September 24th 2021, organised by Working Group 3, brought together policy-makers and service providers responsible for Child and Family Support agencies from COST Action countries and focused on scoping the efforts to introduce evidence-based practices in child and family policies and professional work with families across the COST Action countries.

The WG2 webinar “Supporting children and families during and post Covid-19: Combatting poverty, coping with work & family & enhancing wellbeing": is a research, policy and practice event that aims to reflect on the COVID-19 pandemic and the role of family support measures and developments in addressing the challenges and pressures that children, young people, parents and families have faced.
