Summary of the virtual events and collaboration activities:

This VNS grant has made it possible to continue establishing the organizational and operational processes of the COST EurofamNet project, increasing their efficiency, making the most of the available resources to increase the speed of different issues and bureaucracy such as the evaluation of WG or TS candidacies, the edition of deliverables, upload the deliverables or other documents or reports to the intranet as tasks to receive feedback from members or preparation of materials at the 9th Plenary meeting, 10th MC meeting or the successful EurofamNet final event “European Forum on Family Support. Creating an Agenda for 2030”, the great challenge of this period with brought a valuable and useful shared experience. The responsibility and previous experience in charge of the VMGs has also allowed the candidacies to be executed satisfactorily, complying with the deadlines agreed by the VMG evaluation committee. The results of the VMGs have had a great impact on the outputs of the network, allowing the effective collaboration of the agents involved in deliverables or other WG work. The dissemination of news, events, activities and materials produced by the WGs or other EurofamNet participants has also been carried out reaching out relevant actors for the network and important collaborators keeping them updated regarding the progresses of the project. The contact with the members of the network has been crucial to continue advancing in the fourth COST period, and during the time that this VNS grant I have continued supporting the Chair, Vice-Chair, core group, MC and other participants at different levels.
