Virtual Networking Support Grant
Name and surname: Jean Grasmeijer
Country of professional affiliation: Spain
E-mail: jeangrasmeijer.psicologa@gmail.com
Home institution: University of Huelva
Field of research interest: Positive Youth Development
Dates of the VNS: 07-07-2021 to 31-10-2021
Summary of the virtual events and collaboration activities:
The VNS Grant allowed me to coordinate the Virtual Mobility Grants, by opening the call, organizing the evaluation committee meetings and guiding the Grantees through the process, finishing with the submission of their reports and payment of the Grants. Furthermore, I could assist in organizing online and hybrid meetings, such as National Level meetings, Working Group and Core Group meetings, Workshops and Young Researchers Group meetings. In this regard, I carried out the role of contact person between the local organisers of the meetings and the Grant Holder office, and supported the organisers with different tasks such as setting up the Zoom session, inviting attendees, claiming Local Organiser Support and helping in-person attendees with logistics and reimbursements claims.
