On 6 February, the first regional workshop of the P+GARANT[IA] Research Excellence Network took place in Seville, Spain. This national network focuses on analysing quality assurance in services supporting children, adolescents, and families in Spain, in collaboration with and building on the work of the European Family Support Network (EurofamNet).
Its main goal is to design strategic roadmaps for the implementation of quality standards in family support services and to promote professional practices grounded in scientific evidence. The project will also provide advice to policy-makers in order to advance towards comprehensive and effective care for children, adolescents, and families.
This regional workshop is the first of a series of events to be held across different regions of Spain, aiming to address and strengthen the quality of family support service provision within diverse regional contexts.
