The EU Collaborative recently published a position paper on preventing family separation and the institutionalisation of children, drawing on the collective expertise of its partner organisations. Designed to inform the next EU Multiannual Financial Framework (2028-2034), the paper outlines how EU funds can be structured to deliver better outcomes, stronger accountability, and long-term social and economic value, in line with the EU's legal obligations and strategic priorities.
