The EU Commission has approved the Recommendation on developing and strengthening integrated child protection systems in the best interests of the child, as a commitment in the EU Strategy on the Rights of the Child, which states “the deinstitutionalisation and the transition towards quality family and community-based care and services in due consideration of the best interests of the child” as one of the strategic lines of the Recommendation, which highlights the relevance of the work of QA[4]EuroFam project.
