Summary of the research
VMG provided support for the WG4 leader and members to distil the key learning from the three original reports three interactive maps on Family Support workforce skills to develop an innovative conceptual framework on and accompanying Policy brief, virtual conference/ meeting and preparation of Delphi study results for publishing in academic journal. It allows to improve advance cooperation, exchange and dissemination of FS workforce skills knowledge within EurofamNet and in the wider community of academics, practitioners and policy makers.

Outcomes and achieved outputs
The VMG “Coordination and dissemination of final WG4 deliverables” prepared Policy brief concerning Catalogue of Family Support skills as an Action deliverable, prepared virtual conference/ meeting for wider network of academic, practitioners and policy makers to facilitate discussion and present results of work regarding Family Support workforce skills, and works on completing work for publishing paper in academic journal about Delphi study results.
Benefits for the COST Action Strategy
The objective of this VMG was to contribute towards knowledge and understanding and dissemination of knowledge on Family support workforce skills. This objective supports the COST Action Strategy aim as well as increased collaboration among network members and stakeholders across European countries.
