Associate Research Professor at the National Institute for Economic Research (Moldova), chair of the Centre for Demographic Research. Research experience on social and demographical issues such as: social services for vulnerable groups (children, elderly), reconciliation of professional and parental roles, competitiveness of human capital, labour force, demographical security, active ageing, youth policies, and others.
Organization and monitoring of empirical data collection (applying quantitative and qualitative methods), analysis and generalization of statistic data, interpretation on empirical results on socio-demographic processes, including in the context of global and European trends.
Provide the analytical and informational support to the state institutions for elaborating the strategies and programs in the field of population, social protection, labour market.
