Agata D’Addato is Head of Programmes at Eurochild, a network which brings together over 100 member organisations from across Europe promoting the rights and well-being of children and young people in Europe.
Agata has just finished her mandate as co-chair of the Child Rights Connect Working Group on Investment in Children, which aims to promote public investment in the realisation of children’s rights through UN human rights treaty bodies and mechanisms.
Before joining Eurochild in 2008, Agata, who holds a PhD in Demography, worked as a researcher in various universities and well-renowned research institutes across Europe in the fields of demographic change and family policies.
