Leader of P.I.P.P.I. (Intervention Program to Prevent Institutionalization). Funded by the Ministry of Welfare since 2011, it is the largest program ever implemented in Italy in the field of social policies: it involves all 20 Italian regions, around 2,500 families, more than 6,000 service and school operators. It was launched in the context of European legislation.
The expertise in the management of relationships between public and private institutions (Regions, Municipalities, Ministry, Universities, etc.) and between stakeholders belonging to different contexts, keeping a strong focus on the relationship between practice and research.
The management of international partnerships with universities, research centers, social services of different European and non-European countries and the teaching of the discipline "family education" at university level, both in Padua University and at the University of Fribourg in Switzerland for many years.
