The COST Innovators Grant IG18123 launches its fourth call for Virtual Mobility Grants (VMGs). The QA[4]EuroFam project is framed within the EurofamNet network and is funded by COST - European Cooperation in Science and Technology. Virtual Mobility Grants (VMG) aim to develop skills and capacities between researchers across Europe and foster the establishment of existing networks through virtual collaborations, by sharing knowledge, by learning new skills and techniques, by reaching deliverables and disseminating the CIG’s results. The EU Commission has approved the Recommendation on developing and strengthening integrated child protection systems in the best interests of the child, as a commitment in the EU Strategy on the Rights of the Child, which states “the deinstitutionalisation and the transition towards quality family and community-based care and services in due consideration of the best interests of the child” as one of the strategic lines of the Recommendation, which highlights the relevance of the work of QA[4]EuroFam project. On 25th and 26th April 2024 will be held the Children’s Rights European Academic Network (CREAN) Conference in Geneva, Switzerland, aims to further enhance the academic field of children's rights as an interdisciplinary field of studies. The network is composed of European higher education institutions that work together to support the development of education, research and outreach activities. Through its networking activities, CREAN acts as a platform for the promotion and exchange of information on scientific research and advances research projects between its members. |

The CIG IG18123 launches its Training School (TS) call, which is open from 11-24 March 2024. The aim of the TS is to develop skills and capacities and contribute to a high quality training of future generations of European researchers in the field of family support from an evidence-based and pluralistic approach. The topic of the TS is quality family support and research for social impact. The location and duration will be Faro, Portugal, 4-5 July 2024. |
