WG5: Dissemination of activities and results

This group works on how to best organise and encourage dissemination of activities and results of EuroFam.Net

The network: Practitioners, Researchers, Academics, policy makers, families’ representatives, civil society stakeholders from 35 countries will work towards achieving the long-term goal, that is ensuring children’s rights and families’ well-being.

Long term Goal: Ensuring children’s rights and families’ well-being through the development of a Pan-European family support network, under which family support and parenting policies are included, combining both common goals across countries and the recognition of the specificities of cultural and families’ contexts.

To achieve its long term goal, EuroFam-Net has to influence academia, researchers and professionals, European and international policy making organisations, families’ representatives, the private sector and society at large.

4 key cross aspects of dissemination: website, logo, databases and translation.

7 Dissemination channels to be used:

    1. Research dissemination at conferences
    2. Research publications and journals
    3. Research advice to European and National policy makers and European and International Organisations
    4. Research dissemination and knowledge exchange with professionals
    5. Research dissemination and knowledge exchange with children’s, parents’ and families’ representatives
    6. Research dissemination and knowledge exchange with the Non-Statutory Sector
    7. Research dissemination and knowledge exchange with society at large
