Ilaria Garaci is currently Associate Professor of Private Law, Department of Human Sciences, European University of Rome (Italy)
Since 2017 she serves as member of the Ph.D. programme in "Person and well-being between law, ethics and psychology “(European University of Rome)
Ilaria's research areas cover various aspects of civil law. Recently her research interests have focused on the protection of children in the family context and in the digital environment and on the relationship between child self-determination and parental responsibility.
