TARGETS: Families with children or adolescents (universal, selective and indicated)

  • Train forms of communication that promote healthy emotional management when facing

CONTENTS:

  • Block 1: Beliefs (3 dynamics)
  • Block 2: Family organisation and support networks (3 dynamics)
  • Block 3: Parenting skills (8 dynamics)

IMPLEMENTATION: It will comprise 3 phases:

  • Training: Keys to Family Resilience (8h)
  • Initial Assessment: Assessing and analysing the degree of resilience in the participating families
  • Intervention: Concrete actions will be implemented to strengthen Family Resilience, promoting empowerment factors and trying to correct risk factors detected in the Initial Assessment

These are family group interventions, organised in 3 blocks and 14 dynamics, with activities that stimulate reflection and debate about the keys to family resilience (family beliefs, family organisation and parental skills). They can be carried out in face-to-face sessions (maximum duration of 90 minutes) or virtual sessions (with performances every 10 days). The extension of the programme will depend on the number of dynamics chosen, and can cover 3-6 months with a total of between 80-140h

EXPECTED RESULTS: To provide families with empowering beliefs, educational skills and organisational strategies that enable them to cope with challenges and adversities, maintaining the well-being of each of their members and the family as a whole.
